Engaged via an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process, Cooper & Oxley were appointed to deliver internal and external aged care refurbishments to Juniper’s existing residential aged care facilities in Bentley, Kelmscott, and Mount Lawley.
All refurbishment works took place in live, operational aged care facilities and involved demolition and full refurbishment of common areas, including all finishes and services. These complex refurbishments required meticulous planning and sensitivity to the needs of residents and staff alike.
The collaborative approach adopted by Cooper & Oxley, in partnership with all stakeholders and consultants, ensured each project was successfully delivered under a best-for-project approach for the benefit of both the client and residents.
