Critical infrastructure upgrades within the existing St John of God Murdoch Hospital Campus

Engaged via early contractor involvement (ECI) for the redevelopment works at St John of God Murdoch Hospital, Cooper & Oxley will be constructing a new multi-deck car park (MDCP), a central ring road and end-of-trip (EOT) facilities.

The five-story multi-deck car park will provide 1,130 additional car bays for both staff and visitors, while the new central ring road will streamline the hospital’s traffic flow and improve overall connectivity across the campus.

The development also features centralised shared-use EOT facilities for staff, including secure bicycle storage and electric bike and scooter charging stations.
